1. Registration and Payment: Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Fees must be paid before the conference date to secure participation.
2. Participation: The conference organizer reserves the right to deny access to any participant who does not comply with event rules.
3. Program Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
4. Liability: The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
5. Code of Conduct: Participants must behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event without a refund.
6. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the deadline specified during registration.
2. Refund Amounts:
o Full refund: Requests made at least 70 days before the event.
o Partial refund (50%): Requests made 55 days before the event.
o No refund: Requests made less than 54 days before the event.
3. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Processing fees and bank charges are non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, refund policies will be determined based on feasibility.
